4. Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all. As long as we have access (key, code, or someone to open the door), you can relax or go about your day.

 

5. How do I book a service?
You can book through our website, call us at 1300 123 456, or send us an email. We’ll confirm your booking as soon as possible.

 

6. How do I pay for my cleaning?
You’ll receive an invoice after the job is done. We accept bank transfers, cards, and other secure payment methods.

 

7. Is your pricing transparent?
Yes! What you see is what you get. No hidden fees. We only charge extras for services that are clearly mentioned upfront.

 

8. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may attract a small fee.

 

9. What if I’m not happy with the clean?
We’ve got you! Contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll fix it with a re-clean or refund.

 

10. Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes, our cleaners come fully equipped with professional gear and eco-friendly chemicals.

 

11. Do you follow COVID-safe practices?
We follow all health guidelines and can wear masks, gloves, and shoe covers on request.

 

12. How do you ensure quality?
We use a detailed checklist and conduct regular quality checks. For ongoing services, our supervisors visit your site monthly.

 

13. Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We offer great deals for regular clients. For commercial clients, we offer a 70% discount on spring cleans every six months. We also offer discounts for regular residential customers.

 

14. Can I request the same cleaner each time?
We’ll do our best to send the same cleaner for regular services. If unavailable, we’ll send another trained team member.

 

15. Do you clean after events or move-outs?
Yes, we provide end-of-lease and post-event cleaning. These services require a bit more time and attention.

 

16. What’s a Fresh Start clean?
A Fresh Start Clean is a more detailed service that covers extra areas like skirting boards, Rangehood Filters, Shower grouts and behind furniture.

 

17. What’s included in your regular clean?
We clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and general tidying. You can also add extras like oven or fridge cleaning.

 

18. Can I book a one-time clean?
Of course! One-time services are perfect for special occasions, inspections, or just a fresh reset.

 

19. What happens if there’s damage during cleaning?
If something gets damaged, let us know within 2 days (or 5 for move-outs). We’ll review and sort it out fairly. We are a fully insured clean business, So you don't need to worry at all.

 

20. How do you protect my privacy?
We only collect the info we need to provide your service. We never sell data and keep everything secure and confidential.
